Co-Founder Philip Cullen

Philip Cullen is an award winning filmmaker. He has written, produced and directed several short films and music video’s under the production name Filmwex. Working in all aspects of filmmaking including screenwriting, editing and green screen filming.

Philip is an accomplished sound engineer, running his own recording studio for over twenty years, where he recorded and produced numerous albums and artists. He has also managed various bands and solo artists, organised music and theatre projects and co-organised a number of music festivals including Wexford's Exile On South Main Street.

Roberto Forte has been behind a camera in one way or another for decades. With a diploma in Marketing and Advertising, a H-dip in Digital Media Design and having studied directing at Filmbase, he finally felt it was time to go all-in...and so came into being Robot Wasp Media By his own admission he is hard to sum up, he'd say he's like 24% director, 28% cinematographer at least 18% screenwriter, 22% producer, 31% entrepreneur, 26% geek...wait a minute...that doesn't add up...

Co-Founder Declan Cody
Co-Founder Declan Cody

Declan Cody is a musician, songwriter and visual artist. He has performed as a singer/guitarist in numerous venues in Dublin, Cork & Berlin. He studied sound engineering at Pulse Studios, Dublin and lighting for film at Filmbase. Several of his visual works can be found in the Irish State Collection. His music video 'Dead' won an Electric Picnic DIVA award 2018 and was showcased at the festival. Declan recently organised an artist's residency & exhibition in Kathmandu. His recent video installation was selected for exhibit at 'Light' Velletri, Rome & Bow Arts Biennale, London 2018 He is currently based in China and showcasing some of his work at Ziyuan Classical Garden, Suzhou, www.cody.ie

Michael Duggan is a renowned English photographer currently based in Wexford, Ireland. His works have been featured in numerous publications worldwide including a recent feature in the Nepali Times on his 'Skillful Compositions' of inert machines - Referring to his exhibition of large scale photographs at the Sidhaartha Gallery. His vast catalogue of outstanding live performance shots from opera to punk and book launches to presidential speeches has also cemented his position as a distinguished event photographer. Having exhibited extensively in the last year he's currently working on both photography and video projects, that is, when he's not being dragged away to corporate & social events. 

Kathy Kane
Kathy Kane

Our Student Challenge, Busker Shoot and Mobile Phone Video Challenges are administered by Kathy Kane. A former researcher at Southeast Radio,

a teacher of English as a foreign language [Sweden, Spain & Liberia] and a primary school teacher with a responsibility for promoting the arts. She has worked on the very successful Living Arts Project for schools, sponsored by the Arts Department of Wexford County Council in partnership with Wexford Arts Centre and facilitated the Per Cent For Arts Scheme with a project budget of €30,000. 

Kathy has participated in interviews on local and national radio in relation to web & arts events and holds a diploma in Media Studies.
